Research Paper

There are individuals who's beliefs and achievements have changed the world. Some of these changes have had a negative outcome and a positive outcome in society. Two individuals who have changed global history are, Mohandas Gandhi and Albert Einstein. Mohandas Gandhi changed the world by gaining Independence in his country and standing by what belonged to him and the people of his country. Albert Einstein changed the way we see the world today. His theory and great skills gave us another way of looking at our universe.

"The violence and increasing Indian nationalism helped convince the British that maintaining control of India was too costly". The following quote is evidence of Human Rights because India had been oppressed by the British government and opposed them in order to gain independence. The call to action was when the war ended, the British began making plans to leave India. Some of the main ideas are conflict between Great Britain and India over the issue of democracy. So Gandhi led the Quit India Campaign, which led to more violence, and convinced British that it was too costly to  control India. British then left India.

"Among Einstein's ideas was a now-famous formula: E=Mc2". The following quote is evidence of Human Nature because Albert Einstein's theories overturned what Sir Isaac Newton and many scientists who came after Newton had said about how the universe worked. Albert Einstein was the worlds famous scientist. He came up with the theory of relativity, one was that no particle of matter can move faster than the speed of light. The other is that motion can be measured only from the viewpoint of a particular observer. He also came up with E=Mc2. The formula means that a small amount of mass can be converted into a huge amount of energy.

Albert Einstein's scientific discovery's were the bases of building the H-bomb. He opposed the building of the H-bomb because it would start an Arms Race, but once Hitler came into power he sent a letter to President Roosevelt saying that he should build the H-bomb. Before his death he said that he regretted supporting the bomb, but thought it was the better of two evils. "Early in the war, Albert Einstein, the worlds most famous scientist signed a letter that alerted President Roosevelt about the need to proceed with atomic development". The following quote is evidence of Human Nature because Albert Einstein signed a letter, but then he opposed developing the H-bomb, claiming it would only lead to a perpetual Arms Race. Albert Einstein  realized that supporting this bomb would be a never ending war, which would make the world a more dangerous environment. In the since of going back and forth creating even bigger bombs or weapons that would lead to mass destruction.

His theory and great skills gave us another way of looking at our universe. Both individuals exhibited a good and bad in people, also conflict and how government monitors what we call Human Nature.
